I want to thank you for the wonderful California Apartments.  The apartment we rented is the nicest place I've ever lived in.  The upkeep is exceptional.  The staff is superb.  Your office staff is so competent and helpful.  They put in long hours at their job and make a point to get to know the residents.  They are kind and go out of their way to help everyone.  The maintenance staff is excellent.  They come promptly when calls for work are relayed to them.  They are courteous and do a fine job.  Thank you so much.

Maintenance man came and worked on problem, but it required an electrician who came the next day.  The problem was handled promptly by Scott and the electrician.
